The Snellville City Council voted unanimously last night to reject the application to annex approximately three acres at the corner of Rosebud Road and Brushy Fork Road. Because the annexation failed, the proposal to build a 12,500 square foot daycare center to house 230 students could not continue.

The proposal to build a daycare center at the corner of Rosebud Road and Brushy Fork Road has finally hit the City Council agenda… for tomorrow night, Monday, January 28 at 7:30 pm. It is extremely important that we appear in force at the meeting.

The recently refiled annexation and rezoning proposal to build a Publix-anchored shopping center at the corner of Rosebud Road and Hwy. 78 has been withdrawn again.
