Rosebud/78 Shopping Center Proposal Tabled to October 23

Members of the Snellville Planning Commission mildly chastised Danny Herrmann, the owner/applicant for the annexation and rezoning at Rosebud Road and Hwy. 78, for his lack of preparedness for the evening’s meeting.  The hearing was continued to the October 23 meeting, to allow Herrmann the opportunity to formalize his site plan and address concerns raised by the community and the city planning staff, especially regarding traffic onto Rosebud Road.
