Groundbreaking for New Fire Station Today

Fire station groundbreakingA groundbreaking ceremony for our new fire station was held today at 3725 Rosebud Road. Speaking at the event was Gwinnett Fire Chief Steve Rolader, BoC Chairman Charles Bannister and District 3 Commissioner Mike Beaudreau.

The proposed station will be an 8,700-square-feet, two-bay structure and should be completed within a year. The Commission awarded the building contract at its business meeting today. (Photo by Gina Cooper)
