The Rosebud Coalition

On Tuesday, August 28 the City of Snellville Planning Commission will hear LUP-07-11 and RZ-07-17, a proposal to annex a tract at the corner of Rosebud Road and Brushy Fork Road into the city and rezoning it to Office/Professional to allow the construction of a daycare center and a future two-story office building. It is imperative that we strongly express our opposition to this proposal by email prior to the 8/28 meeting. After you review the detailed information here, you should send your email early next week.

It is also very important that as large a contingent as possible attend the Planning Commission meeting on the 28th. The meeting will start at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 2342 Oak Road.
